Why isn't my My FedEx tracking number working?

It is possible that one of your packages may have been separated from the rest of your order or that FedEx may not have shipped your whole order together. So we advise you to wait a few days for all ordered items to arrive. If your package does not arrive altogether, please go ahead and notify our shipping department so that we can help you locate your package. However, if the package has been damaged during shipping, you must contact the carrier directly.

 

I will be unable to pick up my packages during the times UPS has chosen to deliver. What can I do about this?

You should see if the InfoNotice you received gives you any authority over the next attempt. You may be able to leave the InfoNotice for the UPS driver instructing him to either leave the package at your doorstep or drop the package at a different location. You can also visit their website, enter your InfoNotice Number, and request that they reschedule the delivery time or return the package to the original shipper.

 

Can I pickup my order?

Yes. From the Shopping Cart view, select the method of shipping as “I want to use my shipper”, type “WILL CALL” in all blank fields, then click update. Continue checkout normally to submit your order. You will receive a call from us when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to the office until you have been contacted by us first as your order may not yet be processed.

 

Does Memory4Less.com ship internationally?

Yes. Memory4Less is proud to serve customers from around the world and welcomes international orders. However we do not pay for customs and duties; the customer has to pay for international shipping.

 

Does Memory4Less.com ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Memory4Less.com does deliver to APO and FPO addresses. APO and FPO orders will only be shipped by the US postal service. Unfortunately, Memory4Less.com cannot control the delivery time of such orders. Some of these orders can take six to eight weeks to deliver. Know that APO and FPO orders generally take five to ten working days to deliver.

If merchandise is found defective, will Memory4Less.com pay for the return shipping cost?

Memory4Less.com will not pay for any return shipping costs regarding defective items. However, we do customarily propose mutually agreeable compromises. If you are willing to pay to send us the defective item, Memory4Less.com will replace the item and ship it to you for free.

  • Free Standard Shipping

If a non-defective item, which qualified as "Free Standard Shipping", is returned to us for a refund, Memory4Less will deduct the cost of shipping from the order's total amount.

If a qualified "Free Standard Shipping" item, which was found to be defective, is returned to us, Memory4Less will provide free one-way ground shipping to replace the item. If you wish to expedite delivery, the additional cost will be paid by you. However, if Memory4Less cannot find a replacement, we will refund you for the complete value of your purchase.

There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?

Before you come to this conclusion, make sure that you have received a package for each tracking number provided to you. If you have checked all of the packages and are still unable to find an item, be sure to contact Memory4Less.com's Shipping Support Staff at 1-800-821-3354 (2).

 

What is the shipping cut off time?

If your order is placed before 2 pm Pacific time, it will be processed the same day. If your order is placed after 2 pm, it will be processed the following business day. If you need the product to be shipped urgently or at a later date (other than the normal schedule), please contact Memory4Less Sales department for special arrangements.
